Vista Codec Package is an effective codec pack solution which practically does everything a user wants from a package of this sort.

Vista Codec Package is a codec pack application developed and published by Shark007 and contains basically every support needed for video and audio file formats rendering. The program does not contain media player software and does not associate file types. This means the user can manage the video and audio files with any media player, being only limited by the player capabilities. Upon installation, the package will automatically remove all other codec packs installed from the user computer to avoid any compatibility issues. Some of the new features in the latest release are support improvement for older CPU’s, AC3 Filter and Xvid can be turned On or Off, OGG/OGM enhancements, Gabest splitter updates.
